AirAsia X, Malaysia’s low-cost airline, plans to launch flights from Kuala Lumpur to Almaty from spring-summer navigation and Thai AirAsia – from Bangkok to Almaty.

Headquartered in Bengaluru, AirAsia India Ltd is a venture between Tata Sons Private Ltd and AirAsia Investment Ltd.

AirAsia India – a subsidiary of Malaysian low-cost airline AirAsia Berhad – started domestic operations in June 2014.
