Controversial radio personality, Blakk Rasta, has chided former National Democratic Congress (NDC) Central Regional Chairman, Allotey Jacobs after criticizing Johnson Asiedu Nketiah over ‘Ghana is ripe for coup’ comment.

Former Central Regional Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Bernard Allotey Jacobs, has admonished aspiring flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen to dissolve his campaign team.

In his remarks, the Chairperson of the event and the Chief Executive Officer, Forestry Commission, Mr John Allotey, expressed gladness about having young journalists specialised in covering and reporting climate change issues in West Africa.

Allotey will be out of the ring for six months as a result of Thursday’s ruling.

National Communications Director of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Kakra Essamuah says suspended member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Allotey Jacobs can be invited for political shows.

NDC has been boycotting Peace Fm for the past weeks over the continuous appearance of Allotey Jacobs on the Wednesday show.

This suspension follows Allotey's appearance before the GBA Disciplinary Committee last Wednesday, following his misconduct at the Accra Sports Stadium, when he was spotted in a video punching a football fan.

Dr Allotey said a Programme Comprehensive Report (PCR) had been done, which sought to sumarise all work done during the first phase of the programme to give government a clear basis for commitment.

Mr Adotei Allotey, a businessman and politician, polled a total of 587 votes to beat his other three contenders.
