ALTOONA — Authorities arrested a suspect and charged him with murder Monday in the brazen Manhattan killing of UnitedHealthcare’s CEO after a quick-thinking McDonald’s customer.

Mangione is currently being held without bail in Altoona, Pennsylvania, where authorities say the extradition process to New York could take days, if not weeks.

Mangione was apprehended in Altoona, Pennsylvania, on Monday following a dayslong manhunt.
