On Sunday, clashes took place at Maujpur soon after Delhi BJP leader Kapil Mishra gathered along with pro-CAA supporters next to the Maujpur-Babarpur Metro Station, 2 km from the Jaffrabad anti-CAA protest site, in the afternoon.

The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) closed down the entry and exit points at three metro stations — Welcome, Jaffrabad, Maujpur-Babarpur — in view of the protest.

On Thursday afternoon, the victim’s family members protested on the Main 100 Foot Road, Babarpur, demanding action against the accused juveniles and their family members for allegedly sheltering them.
