The creative minds of Brit Marling and Zal Batmanglij, which is set in the secluded compound of a wealthy recluse.

While he describes this installment of as more of a “film noir,” Isaacs says the show co-creators, Marling and Zal Batmanglij, have a five-season plan for the series all mapped out…and he’s more excited than anyone to see what happens next.

It will be the band’s first without multi-instrumentalist and producer Rostam Batmanglij, who left the band in 2016 and made an excellent solo album in 2017, so we’re especially anxious to hear what a Rostam-less VW sounds like.
