Biscuity

Not only did it add to the my-grandma-could-have-made-this element of the meal, it was so biscuity and subtly sweet that I could have easily eaten half a loaf.

Nope, but pretty darn close with its salty, biscuity finish.

Biscuity tones are present as well, in addition to a fleeting fruity nose like raspberry jam.

It boasts a biscuity palate created by a trio of Pale, Crystal, Brown and Chocolate malts, with bitterness provided by Target hops and a citrus aroma from Styrian Goldings.
