We will double down on our talent retention, expansion and attraction initiative focused on keeping our young people here, attracting boomerangers and welcoming newcomers so our population grows, and the workforce and tax base along with it.

To get more detail on what drives retention, we visited two of those cities – Omro and De Pere — and talked to outsiders, insiders, and “boomerangers” who left in their 20s and returned in their 30s.
