Solea Mactan Cebu’s CandyLand Christmas celebration was more than just an event; it was an immersive experience.

But over the last few weeks, the number of patrons mashing buttons and reaching for Candyland has dwindled as COVID-19—the illness caused by the novel coronavirus—sends shockwaves through the South Bay.

Candyland’s former wrapping rooms have since been swapped out for a hair salon and massage parlor.

While the Skims founder wants to have a Candyland-themed birthday party for North and Penelope, her older sister insists to have the soiree filled with healthy food.

With their help, we hosted a Candyland Christmas party for approximately 250 people with special needs, their families, and caregivers.

It’s Canada, not Candyland.

The Singing Christmas Elf sang some holiday favorites, and was followed by Glisse On Ice Candyland Fairytale Show.
