In the comic, Odin enchants a suit of unbreakable armor to come alive and defend Asgard against the Celestials when the time comes, naming it the Destroyer.

It’s what allows him to create whole new variations of the Iron Man armor on a whim, including suits as powerful as the Godkiller armor which allowed him to battle Celestials, and enables him to out-think his opponents at every turn.

Likewise, the Eternals themselves may not have a choice in the matter if the Celestials choose to inflict their will upon their creations and want mutants exterminated.

That doesn't mean he's smarter than the Celestials themselves, though, he just knows more about them than anyone else on Earth.

The Celestials required the Eternals specifically because they did not evolve.

This was a complete affront to Knull’s way of life, so he did what any reasonable ancient being would do and declared war on the Celestials.

As previously mentioned, The Celestials travel to one planet after another, taking the native race and creating 100 Eternals and 100 Deviants.

Meanwhile, the Celestials also created the Deviants, who are hideous and have mutations.

Second, he was already strong enough to beat the Celestials.

The Celestials intended them to be the protectors of the Earth.

There are many other celestials sights that you should get excited about instead.

The theory continues, “The comic book version of the Eternals were expected to respect the Celestials’ rules about non-interference until it was time for their return to Earth.

When Brahma and the celestials praise His divine qualities, Lord Rama says He is human.

As you can see at the top of this post, a piece of concept art depicting the Celestials has already been released and we're bound to see a trailer by the time arrives in theaters next May.

Comic-Con brought the first look at a previous piece of concept art, which featured a look at several Celestials roaming the planet.

He’s been seen teleporting characters as powerful as Thor away in a second’s notice, and the One Above All was used to rebirth all the Celestials when they had been killed.

The Celestials' second attempt at creating a new species was extremely successful, thus creating the near-immortal Eternals, who were then free to roam among the humans of Earth.

The comic version of this Celestial was powerful, but he was also killed, making him one of the few Celestials to be truly taken down.

The promo poster features four Celestials standing mighty on a desert planet in front of a starry background, each sporting a different look and color scheme.

In spite of the extreme power that the Celestials wield, they still need to draw their power from something in order for their abilities to operate properly.
