The deputy commissioner and DEO of Chümoukedima, Abhinav Shivam, on Thursday issued the draft e-roll for 4-Ghaspani-I and 5-Ghaspani-II assembly constituencies under Chumoukedima district, to the political parties by at DC conference hall.
