Chicharrones

For snacks, chili lime chicharrones and “BBQ Pork Loaded Nachos” are two selections.

In addition to the tacos and chicharrones, the location will have a bar serving up a bevy of drinks, cocktails and tequila.

Part of the tradition for their group is to compete in the matanza’s cook-off, entering crispy chicharrones, spicy carne adovada, chopped liver and a specialty pork dish in the contest.
