Choreographies

The choreographies in the US and Germany are the same, but some moves are more popular in one country or the other, says Fischer.

Formal training requires attention to learning new and challenging choreographies, because part of the routine is cheering, part of it is dance and a good portion of the performance involves gymnastic abilities.

These are the earliest European dances to be well-documented, as we have a reasonable knowledge of the choreographies, steps and music used.
