Greenbank Cidery, co-owned by Jeff Stoner and Kim Taylor, was founded in 2020 after Stoner purchased an orchard of heirloom apple trees between Coupeville and Greenbank.

Idaho Springs restaurants providing the wings this year for the May 4 Wing Crawl were: Smokin’ Yards BBQ, Tommyknocker Brewery, Pickaxe Pizza, The Banana Leaf, Beau Jo’s, The Vintage Moose, Clear Creek Cidery and MTN Prime.

All the juicing would be done at the orchards so there would be little waste at the cidery itself.

In 2011, the ALC initiated a “Winery and Cidery Policy Review” to determine the appropriateness of allowing wineries to sell other alcoholic beverages in a “winery lounge”.

Liquid Alchemy Beverages is a is a meadery and cidery near Wilmington that sources and creates craft beverages from local ingredients.

There’s only one other dedicated cidery in all of Indiana.
