The departure after four years of head chef Fred Clapperton, has been taken as the cue to launch ‘a more informal style of dining’.

The parkade is located on Collier Street between Clapperton Street and Owen Street.

Varsity Reds forward Chris Clapperton kicked off the scoring nine minutes into the opening period, with assists going to forward Mark Simpson and defenceman Matt Murphy.
