KUALA LUMPUR: More than 750,000 employees in the Klang Valley, Sabah and Labuan have been ordered to work from home effective Thursday (Oct 22), in line with the conditional movement control order (CMCO) enforced in these areas.

MIRI: The Sarawak government’s decision not to implement the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) is well received and supported by many Sarawakians.

On another note, Aidil warned that the police will not compromise with any individuals who are caught flouting the CMCO.

Sabah’s second CMCO will begin on 27 October and continue for 14 days until 9 November.

The ministry said employers should issue a travel release letter to each employee who is allowed to work during the CMCO period.

WFH will apply to everyone working in management and administration roles during the CMCO.

And during that process, CMCO management produced a record net profit of $47 million.
