A statement, attributed to owners David and Julie Creasey, was posted on the tearoom's Facebook page, informing customers of the decision to close the tearoom and explaining the "months of uncertainty, worry and constant stress" they had been through.

She had a few G&T's to celebrate and chatted on Insta-live afterwards about it with fans and Nazeen Hussain (who along with Cal Wilson and Joel Creasey were also featured in the series).

Still, Creasey points a direct correlation between Van Life and waste management.
