Chief economist at CreditorWatch, Anneke Thompson, tells me the latest figures show just how much hospitality is struggling.

CreditorWatch chief executive Patrick Coghlan said that while inflation might have stabilized, businesses were still hoping for a cut in interest rates.

Mr Coghlan said Creditorwatch data over the past fortnight suggested typical payment times for invoice clearances in the hospitality and tourism spaces were already lengthening.
