Crosscutting

Some crosscutting mineralization is present that may be in feeder zones to the stratiform mineralization or may be due to remobilization locally into fracture quartz veins and/or crosscutting structures.

The presence of these late crosscutting structures is consistent with the setting of the Kittilä Mine along the Kiistala shear zone (~20km NW).

Apart from concrete slabs, pre-casted conventional paving blocks can also be manufactured using this method of crosscutting plastics.
