Ben Haynes, the senior pastor at First Baptist Church in Dadeville, told ABC News Sunday morning that he’d been at a hospital overnight with the families of those killed and injured.

Dadeville mayor Jimmy “Frank” Goodman said he was in bed asleep when a council member called him just before 11pm on Saturday.

Earlier, Mayor Goodman had been asked by local news site AL.com about the level of concern in Dadeville in the aftermath of the shooting, given that police had yet to announce anyone being taken into custody.

Four people were killed and multiple others were injured after a shooter opened fire at a birthday party on Saturday night in Dadeville, Alabama, police said.

Jonathan Floyd, chief of the Dadeville police, said at a news conference: “What we’ve dealt with is something that no community should have to endure.

A single by Nelson and later an error by Dadeville gave the Bobcats a 6-2 lead after three innings.

From here it continued westward to Oakfuskee Town, early main center of the Upper Creeks, located on the Tallapoosa River to the west of Dadeville, Alabama.
