Col. Ireneo Dalogdog, director of the Cebu City Police Office (CCPO), said they found out that F. Café and Bar, where renowned international chef Jason Atherton was mauled by some men, only had two bouncers when the incident happened.

Dalogdog said that last December 18, 2022, Baguio was brought to a hospital in Cebu City after experiencing difficulty in breathing reportedly after going through initiation rites of a fraternity.
