Denverites

I want Denverites to have affordable housing.

Each year on Nov. 1, you can find many Denverites walking down the street in a candlelight procession honoring those who have passed.

Even though we are Denverites, sequestered in a busy city of fast-paced living and constant movement, we are reliant on the similarly fast-paced waters that sustain us.

It is vitally important that all Denverites – whether they recently arrived or otherwise – know that our values have not changed, and that we remain committed to supporting our residents.

Some Denverites continue to question if a major one-way thoroughfare like Broadway was the right place to install the new bike lane, instead of a quieter nearby street.

The move, intended to prevent large gatherings of people, immediately did the opposite, with swarms of panicking Denverites lining up at pot shops and liquor stores before the 5 p.m. shutdown.

Denverites do it during rush hour at least a few days out of every winter, so give the crowd something to do with their BMX bikes: Slap on some studded tires and race the downtown circuit through traffic.

We feel confident that a jury of Denverites will understand that it is common sense to provide travelers a safe place to consume, and will embrace the service we provide through our educational and life changing experiences.
