Dinerstein

Dinerstein is developing the South Main Station project under an entity called Din/Cal 4 Inc. The firm is in the process of developing another Colorado multi-family project: Aspire 7th at 670 N. Grant St. in Dever.

The seller is Sterling-LSU 3, a limited liability company managed by John Caltagirone, chief investment officer and partner for The Dinerstein Companies, a Houston-based developer of multifamily and student housing.
