Brampton View care home in Northampton recently presented Doddridge Community Centre with a cheque for £500 to be put towards the cost of transport to enable members to attend this centre to improve their lives.

Doddridge said the District is not in the business of building homes, but it can take steps to support housing.

The incident happened on Doddridge Street, close to Sol Central.

There are certainly a number of other counties that could be facing the same dilemma as Doddridge County and that includes Berkeley, Mingo, Morgan, Randolph, Upshur, Wirt and Wyoming counties who are all orange, meaning no competitions can be held.

Overall, the Lady Panthers placed 3rd in a large field of great teams after a tough loss to Doddridge.
