Donskoi

Donskoi is not expected to play tomorrow after Bednar confirmed that he is in concussion protocol after taking a hit to the head from Rangers defenseman Ryan Lindgren on Tuesday.

Donskoi is nursing an undefined ailment, and he is not expected to return to action for the foreseeable future.

First up, the new guys — Andre Burakovsky, who was acquired in a June trade with Washington, and Joonas Donskoi, a forward the Avalanche picked up in free agency after he spent the last few seasons with San Jose.

MacKinnon added two more goals in the third period before Joonas Donskoi found a rebound on the power play to virtually shut the door on any chances Winnipeg had at making a comeback.

The Dmitriy Donskoi remains active.

Tonight Bednar stuck Andre Burakovsky on the top line alongside center Nathan MacKinnon and winger Joonas Donskoi.
