Dudafa

A former Senior Special Assistant to President Goodluck Jonathan, on Domestic Affairs, Warapamo Dudafa, currently facing trial over alleged N5.1 billion fraud, has informed a Federal High Court, Ikoyi, Lagos his intention to file a No-Case-Submission.

In his own testimony, Dudafa said the N1.6 billion linked to him by the anti-graft agency was proceeds of donations towards a church project.

Know-How” Dudafa, who escorted two senior officers of Skye Bank to meet her at the presidential palace on March 22, 2010.

On Monday, the witness, a staff of Heritage Bank, told the court that his bank followed due process in the opening and operations of the accounts of companies linked to Mr Dudafa.
