Duesenberg

The Duesenberg brothers operated a bicycle business in Garner before founding Duesenberg Automobile.

The Castle Duesenberg remained in possession until his death in 1959 when ownership was transferred to his nephew, James Christian Castle, and the car was transported to and placed into storage.

Some high-performance luxury cars that were never intended to leave paved roads, such as the Duesenberg in the 1930s, have also been equipped with altimeters.
