Orioles broadcaster Kevin Brown emcees the pre-game activities during the team’s season home opening day at Oriole Park at Camden Yards.

The Brad Allen Jones Band hosts the event as the house band and local radio DJ Billy Elvis emcees.

The pair will debut as co-emcees when the show kicks off its new season Jan.

Radio personality Ramonski Luv from FM Omni-Channel Radio and local media personality Frankie Robinson served as emcees, motivating everyone and keeping the energy level high.

It was there that a young Alston earned the nickname “Skip To My Lou” from one of the court’s emcees because of the way he skipped his way up the court before shaking off defenders with his pinpoint dribbling.

So different this year – no emcees or audience.

Runway for Hope will feature fashions from Nordstrom and Kendra Scott with former Channel 5 sports anchor Scott Murray and Nordstrom’s Nicole Aarons as emcees.

Local educational leader and former Grand Cinema board president, Bernadette Ray, and local designer and artist, Ricky German, will be the emcees for the evening.
