In other news, the Bombay High Court on Tuesday dismissed a suit challenging Syedna Muffadal SaifuddinтАЩs position as the spiritual head of the Dawoodi Bohra community by his challenger Syedna Taher Fakhruddin, a decade after the suit was filed.
