Falconers

For centuries, falconers had only bells to help them find their birds, and some modern falconers still attach bells to a bird’s legs, making it easier to find them if they catch prey in some brush or other cover.

For the holiday season, Falconers offers a large variety floral arrangements, as well as Christmas trees, wreaths, poinsettias and gift ware.

There will be royal jousts with knights on horseback, ensembles performing Medieval dances and songs, and demos by blacksmiths, manuscript illuminators, pottery decorators, wood-carvers, falconers, and other artisans.
