The ad hoc committee investigation, chaired by Rep. Abubakar Fulata revealed that the Joint Venture and Production Sharing Contract of NNPC sold Nigerian oil at lowest cost to their own subsidiaries in a ”tax haven.

Fulata said that the process to upgrade the polytechnic to a university required inputs from the public and relevant stakeholders before the bill is passed into law.
