Fuseini, the governing body's former secretary general, was voted in last month after defeating opponents Edem Tamakloe and Sylvester Sedonkor.

Reacting to Ghana’s abysmal showing at the championship, Mr Fuseini said the team did not have adequate preparation ahead of the championship.

The former treasurer recounted how a Road Minister, Innusah Fuseini, under NDC walked him out of his office, because he didn’t book an appointment to buttress his point.

But for the first time, the chiefs of the Konkomba and Chokosi communities in the Greater Accra Region and Tema and Ashaiman, Chief Djambaga Issah Fuseini, and Chief Zakari Watara, joined the peace visit.

Fuseini Issah said the Minority’s position on the component for promotion of local consumption of cocoa products was surprising.

According to Mr Fuseini, the two state agencies which were involved in signing the deal, Ministry of Finance as well as Communications, “have no capacity to sign contracts”.

But former District Chief Executive (DCE) for Sekyere Afram Plains, Fuseini Donkor has pointed out that the directive is an illegality and would impede the development of several districts.

Meanwhile, lawyer for Alhaji Inusah Fuseini, one of the accused persons, said the actions against his client will not be fruitful.
