Gaiters

At the awards, the Gaiters held a celebration of athletic and academic success over the 2022-23 season for all the student-athletes, coaches and staff members who worked hard all year long.

At every resort, skiers and riders will be required to wear masks or doubled-up gaiters in lift lines.

But during the coronavirus pandemic, lightweight neck gaiters have been popular with runners, cyclists and people with beards because they can be pulled up to cover the nose and the mouth and used as a mask.

Masks are also required, and gaiters permitted, in outdoor areas including lift lines and on lifts.

This incident could have very well been avoided if the guys were more vigilant, use a bright torch light since it was getting dark and use safety gear such as proper hiking boots and snake gaiters or leggings.

Gaiters are also often worn.
