The Maranathan Academy program accepts children from sixth through twelfth grades, and students are grouped by age: grades six, seven, and eight; grades nine and ten; and grades eleven and twelve.

These include the Blue Spruce (grades K-2) Silver Birch Express (grades 3–4), Silver Birch (grades 5–6) Red Maple (grades 7–8) and White Pine (high school) in Ontario.

Within the district, there is one high school (grades 9–12), one alternative school (grades K–12), one middle school (grades 6–8), and one elementary school (grades K–5).
