GrainCorp has struck a deal with ANZ Terminals to sell its Australian Bulk Liquid Terminals business, which GrainCorp picked up when it bought Gardner Smith in 2012.

He also sees it as an opportunity for him to be able to speak about the work he's doing at GrainCorp.

In May, just days before China confirmed the tariffs, GrainCorp boss Robert Spurway said the tariffs had no basis.
