The University of Hawai‘i and Greystar have assembled a team that includes a number of private, non-profit, and commercial partners to execute on this housing facility project.

A group of Denver leaders gathered at the apartment complex on Sunday and presented a list of actions they want the property’s management, Greystar, to take.

Maxwell represents the third community to deliver as part of Greystar’s $880 million investment in Everett.

Greystar Real Estate Partners is proposing a 20-story apartment building with ground-floor retail, rooftop amenities and open space, as well as a below-grade parking structure.

Headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina, Greystar manages and operates over an estimated $200 billion+ of real estate in nearly 200 markets globally including offices throughout region.

Park 12 – The Collection is comprised of one high-rise and three mid-rise buildings – all owned and operated by Greystar.

She said the average age of the 39 other similar facilities Greystar has built around the country is 71 and so most people living in the apartments also would not be working.
