Hartery

Melissa A. Hartery, 37, of Portland, was arrested on Southborough Drive by Officer Brian Nappi on charges of aggravated trafficking of fentanyl and violating conditions of release.

While in isolation he was treated with oxygen, but his granddaughter Jennifer Hartery told the Waterford News & Star that he “recovered stronger than ever thanks to the amazing care he received”.
