A proposed cartway access to property Ideal Township would run through a cul-de-sac at the end of Ideal Avenue, which is part of the Idyllwood Common Interest Community.

Many of those vehicles use Feltmann’s property to get to the Old Milwaukee Club, which Galeen Royce said is fine there but would be a hindrance in Idyllwood and something that couldn’t be controlled on a public road.
