Controversial Nigerian media personality Ifedayo Olarinde, aka Daddy Freeze, has said South African singer Tyla deserved her victory over Nigerian artists at the 66th Grammys.

Ifedayo Agoro, simply known as Ife, Founder of Diary of a Naija Girl, has revealed that she broke off her engagement two months to her wedding because she did not want to get married for the wrong reason.

The agency’s Director General, Dr. Ifedayo Adetifa, announced this in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) yesterday in Abuja.

This was followed by the resignation of the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Ifedayo Abegunde.

But the counsel to the plaintiff, Ifedayo Adedipe (SAN), raised an objection on the grounds that the witness was not the maker of the documents or was he aware of its content.

On Wednesday, Mr Ifedayo Adedipe (SAN) appeared for the applicant, Mr Nnemeka Omewa appeared for the EFCC, while Mr Lanre Ogunlesi (SAN) appeared for the second defendant.
