BERLIN (AP) — Germany and Turkey have agreed to gradually end the deployment of Turkish state-employed imams to Germany and instead train imams in Germany to serve the country’s large Turkish immigrant community.

The United Council of Imams, is the highest ranking Islamic religious organisation in Sierra Leone, and is made up of imams across Sierra Leone.

The words and deeds of Muhammad and the imams are a guide and model for the community to follow; as a result, they must be free from error and sin, and Imams must be chosen by divine decree, or nass, through Muhammad.

Twelver and Ismaili Shia Muslims also attribute the quality to Imams as well as to Fatimah, daughter of Muhammad, in contrast to the Zaidi, who do not attribute 'ismah to the Imams.

Also, some Islamic clerics, including the Imams of Edeland, Ile-Ife, Iwo and Ila-Orangun, all prayed that God should open doors of opportunities for the development and actualisation of all the campaign promises of the governor.

Imams used their mosque loudspeakers.

This was said by Dr. Olajide Adediran (also known as Jandor), the PDP candidate for governor of Lagos State, in a meeting with the Council of Chief Imams at the Ketu Central Mosque in the Kosofe Local Government Area.

He also vowed a "cultural battle" against Islam, making it easier to closes mosques and deport imams suspected of radicalisation, and banning certain veils and so-called "burkini" swimwear.

Imams and Islamic scholars from and Burnley have condemned the government’s decision to ban Hizb ut-Tahrir as a proscribed terrorist organisation.

In both incidents, the imams were grievously injured.

Initiatives like the Mohammed VI Institute for the Training of Imams, Morchidines and Morchidates play a vital role in disseminating ⁣a tolerant and peaceful interpretation of Islam.

It was also keen to make sure all staff were trained about domestic abuse, which included the Imams who run sermons on the topic, and staff have emphasised that Islam does not allow abuse of any kind to anyone.

Perhaps the imams could be doing more to spread the word.

Since Islam is a religion of law, interpretations of Islamic law vary widely, and many imams teach versions of Islam that are compatible with American freedom.

The Australian National Imams Council and other individual Muslims have condemned the attack on Bishop Emmanuel.

About 300 imams currently in France come from Turkey, Morocco and Algeria.
