Incompetently

In December of 2022, Schwartz filed the habeas petition, which specifically argued that Rice’s attorney incompetently stipulated to evidence that provided a motive for the charged shootings.

It is, undeniably, an attempt to build on the efforts of those past First Ladies who, even if incompetently or unsuccessfully, sought to provide succour to the suffering members of the society.

The writer does this either by ignoring, incompetently or intentionally, important issues which must have been raised or amplifying Mnangagwa’s repeated mantra “let bygones be bygones”.
