Interac having a huge cause for it with lower wages, skirting the law with pension and unemployment for a bunch of their workers and working poor what used to be a great gig in the 80’s 30 plus years ago.

TORONTO – Interac Corp. says it is acquiring the exclusive Canadian rights to use Toronto-based Vouchr Ltd.’s platform, which will allow personalized multimedia messages to be sent alongside money transfers.

Employees can use their Today Card in-store or online and also withdrawal cash at ATMs, pay bills, send Interac eTransfers and more.

People are urged not to click on the hyperlinks contained in the messages because they often lead to a false website with Hydro-Québec's design or to an Interac e-transfer site.

The utility says the scam sees perpetrators text potential victims, telling them to click on a link that leads to a counterfeit Hydro-Québec or Interac website.

Sinani is one of more than 200 people Go Public has learned were recently targeted by fraudsters who stole tens of thousands of dollars, sent via Interac e-transfers, by breaking into email accounts and redirecting the money.

It is a client card issued by a bank that provides access to funds and other bank account transactions, such as transferring funds, checking balances, paying bills, etc., as well as point of purchase transactions connected on the Interac network.
