LINKSFIELD – The School SleepOut has become a highlight on the King David Linksfield’s Grade 7 calendar.

Middle School closed in 1975 when it was replaced by Linksfield Academy.

It will be put in place between the junctions of Regent Walk and Linksfield Road in Seaton, which will stop the vehicles using the route as a rat-run.

Pittodrie’s main stand was ravaged by fire in February 1971 to such an extent players were forced to change at Linksfield for the rest of the season.

And it is further alleged Munro wilfully set fire to a car at Links View on February 16, causing extensive damage to the vehicle and also the windows of a property at Linksfield Court.

The King’s Gate/Queen’s Road roundabout, Gallowgate Car Park and Westburn Road are other roads all identified for resurfacing work along with Grampian Road, Golf Road, Linksfield Road and St Machar Road.

Alexander Furman, who matriculated from King David High School Linksfield with nine distinctions, said his way of preparing for examinations wouldn't necessarily work for everyone.

The Grade 7 youngsters at King David Senior Primary School in Linksfield braved the cold and spent the night at school for the annual School SleepOut on 18 July.

The seven-year-old, who is the youngest in the competition this year, is a Grade Two learner at King David Linksfield.
