Mangos

Few things evoke the essence of Jamaica like the sight and smell of mangos ripening on a tree.

Oblong cucumber slices, diced fresh mangos, sliced avocado, and seaweed salad individually adorn each corner of the plate.

Then, add in the salt, mangos and peaches.

For the first time in years, this season the tree did not produce any mangos.
