Combined Harare Resident Association (CHRA) director, Mfundo Mlilo said they did not expect anything new from Manyenyeni’s final speech.

Manyenyeni was however, spared from a recall from his position as Ward 17 councillor.

These present a compelling case for the resignation of council officials, starting with Clr Manyenyeni himself.

We thought the next honourable move by Clr Manyenyeni after making such a revealing statement would be to call it quits.
