He did not provide further details on the alleged breaches; however, the Wright family lawyer, Natalie Marrison, suggested it was due to "serious concerns" over the visibility and number of lifeguards on duty.

Speaking after the jury ruling, Ms Marrison said Rocco's family "remain devastated" and were supportive of Leeds City Council "in any prosecution of the David Lloyd club".

Jurors also heard from three of Reagan Tokes college roommates including Marrison Girten who said it wasn’t until the next day that they realized Tokes had not come home the night before and grew concerned.
