Micklegate

Sharon spoke of how local businesses, including York Digital Image and the Falcon pub in Micklegate, have helped with the event.

We arrived on a sweltering hot Friday afternoon for lunchtime sitting at the Micklegate-based eatery, welcomed into the modern, sleek (and thankfully air-conditioned) venue by a friendly face and quickly made to feel at home.

The work was finally completed in 1991 and for several years Jacob’s Well again served as the parish room of Holy Trinity, Micklegate.
