Mixologists

At the Julep Herbal & Vermouth Bar, well-dressed mixologists shake up drinks made with botanical spirits.

Far from your everyday “mocktail,” these are imagined by professional mixologists, crafted with premium ingredients including distilled alcohol-free spirits, and presented in sparkling glassware with garnishes.

Attendees can also participate in a number of tasting sessions and masterclasses, such as with Warner’s Gin, VineBud, cheese masterclasses with expert Shane Holland, and cocktail masterclasses from the Number 13 mixologists.

Hosted by Andrew Zimmern, Carla Hall, Tim Love, Lasheeda Perry and Mark Bucher, Las Vegas chefs and mixologists bring their best bites and sips to on Feb. 10 at Keep Memory Alive Event Center.

The event will include a seriously sensuous serenade by Hilo’s own Asha Azama and mouth-watering special beverages from master mixologists.
