During an appearance on Citizen TV’s Monday Report show, Murkomen said Rwanda operates as an autocracy, emphasizing that whatever the President says is considered the law.

In the case, Mr Murkomen and Ms Kihika protest their removal from their offices saying the threshold for their ouster had not been met.

Also on Twitter, Mr Murkomen said Governor Mutua has failed as a leader, adding that he was merely scripting another episode of his "Cobra Squad" (a Television series produced by Dr Mutua) show.

Mr Murkomen called on Kenyans to appreciate the fact that the country had made tremendous development in the last six years instead of exhibiting “a lot of negative energy”.

Murkomen said Kenyans should be grateful to God that the leadership of the country remained in the hands of President Uhuru and Ruto.
