Polly Neate, chief executive of Shelter, says its services are supporting private renters who have been turned away by landlords because of their race.

The estate agent's commercial team originally sold Boroughgate House and Neate Homes has recently transformed the building into a development of seven apartments, which have a mix of one and two bedrooms.
