The deal on the third-generation Oura ring is impressively low and this is likely because Oura recently launched the ring 4. So, should you buy the newer model over the less expensive ring 3 that’s on sale right now?

I’ve been comparing it to the third-generation Oura Ring with its new sleep staging algorithm.

In summary, I really like my Oura Ring.

It didn’t hit the maximum suggested by Oura, but again, this is a totally different ballgame than Apple Watch numbers.

I wore the Oura Ring 4 for 16 days, and even after hopping into the shower with it and washing dishes, it still managed to hold up for over two weeks.

Taking the ring off every time you tackle messy domestic jobs is one of the more annoying aspects of being an Oura owner.
